Bad Cold

I have a nasty cold that started off at the back of my throat.
What's the best way to get through it ?

I have the same.
Usual stuff, I'm afraid. Cough medicine to ease the throat, paracetamol or ibuprofen for headache, plenty of fluids, and sit it out.

I'm doing most that, apart from the fluids, something with vitamin C I think.

To get through the back of your throat ? Probably need to turn yourself inside-out.
