They couldn't strap it up or anything but she was off her feet (and work) for well over a week. She couldn't even get a shoe on her foot for that time so definately couldnt' go walking about.
If you think you can manage limping around then go, but to be honest, the more you keep moving it and putting weight on it, the longer it will take to heal up!!
Oh dear, I think it is very unlikely that yur fractured toe will feel much better by Monday. I have broken two toes at different times and have hobbled around for quite a while.
They may have done this at the hospital. but if you bandage your broken toe to the one next to it the good toe will act as a splint and will help you to keep the toe more comfortable.
Perhaps you will have to hire a wheelchair or a mobility scooter for the day!!!! Hope you soon feel better.
