Feeling sick!

Morning, Can anyone help? For the last couple of days I have felt really sick all day, felt dizzy and had headaches. I've been busy at work, but I don't feel particularly stressed as I go on holiday for a week in 2 days. Obviously I have a lot to do before we go, but my husband says I always get worked up before we go. But would I feel like this? I have had a fast matabolism aswell (if you know what I mean). Should I bother my GP with such a silly problem?
