I would be interested if anyone is taking this medication. If so, are you suffering any side effects?

Thank you for your reply Eddie. I too get awful heartburn and indigestion but I have recently suffered from slight itching which could be anywhere on my body, back, arms, legs. I shall continue with the course though, as I too have found it marvellous. What joy not to suffer any more!

My daughter took it for infant reflux - it didn't work for her, but it also didn't seem to have any side effects. Could be that you're mildly allergic to it, you could always call the prescribing doc to check up on any side effects.

Me and it's very good, no side effects I noticed that I can think of.

I suffered a lot with itching, I dont take it anymore, instead I have removed offensive foods which is very very boring.

Go back to your doc - if you are allergic there are other tablets which are just as effective that you may tolerate better.

I've been taking Lanzoprazole for a few years now, side effects are said to include "feminisation". So far I have had no problems.
