with proper anal dilators, often given to you from hospital consultants - gynaecologists & suchlike. They vary in size -if you can imagine a mini-sized vibrator, and getting progressively wider..... Also vaginal dilators.
Honestly - not kidding. I have my serious hat on.
Tamirra - has a vaginal dilator ever been recommended to you, or is it more of a psycosexual problem?

No ive never been offered one, but it is a psycosexual problem which im awaiting an appointment to see a therapist, its been going on and getting worse since i was raped at the age of 17, i panic when my husband comes near me, i make him sleep in another bed incase he touches me, im not a nasty person i just cant bring myself to do it. x
salla...just reminds me re. anal dilators.
I had a total hip replacement and the worst and most painful part was painful external piles. I saw a mate of mine who prescribed what was known the as St Marks Dilators ( from the same named hospital in London).
Well they looked liked glass Russian Dolls, the smallest, the size of a finger stall and the largest the size of a whiskey decanter and I had to lubricate, starting from the smallest and stick them into my anus.
Well, even with the smallest, I couldn't find my anus and when I did it was bl00dy painful sticking it up. However, I persevered and eventually got the hang, but never upgraded to the next size. In the end, I had to give it up, as I got into the state when i was looking forward to the dilatation.
Bit worrying eh?

Your hubby sounds very patient and a good guy. Was he aware of these problems before you married?
You are 'normal' tamirra - you just have a particular problem you need help and understanding with. It's a good idea you;re seeing a psychosexual counsellor - though I hope it's one recommended by a GP or Physician?

Yes my husband knew what i went through before he married me, but i spose we thought it would get better, i had to have a total hysterectomy when i was 25 due to the rape as he gave me HPV which also was on my internal organs, which resulted in having the hysterectomy, both of my children were born with the virus, my poor daughter badly scared from the warts, and my son had only a few on his face, all thanks to this man ( animal ) so its really been going down hill from the age of 25. x
why do you think nobody wants to help you? Have your doctors been dismissive? if so that's a great shame and won't have helped you at all. Your problem is entirely understandable and should be treatable. Star with the diazepam and hang on for ththerapy.
Sqad, can I politely and in all seriousness suggest your piles might belong on another thread? Tamirra does have her own problems.

Oh tamirra honey, that's an awful long time for you to have suffered. I hope you get the help you deserve.
Sqad - I can't possibly reply to your question on this thread - I really would get carried away & this is not the time or place >>>>>> let's go elsewhere!!
Tamirra - don't give up. You're getting help now, stick with it and persevere until you have this tactile relationship you would like. There are people out there who can help you. You already have a loving relationship as your marriage has lasted so long and your husband has not been put off.
