We're getting close to Christmas! Traditionally this is what you've been losing weight for (in anticipation) - is it going to be tiny portions on Christmas day, or are you thinking "Sod it, it's Christmas!" (Although I am thinking that already - all downhill from here!)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.In the beginning I didn't have any treats because I was so afraid of back sliding but now that I'm into this new life style eating I just use common sense.....a good lunch out for example is my treat for at least a week.
We leave tomorrow for the sunnier shores of the Costa again so I won't be on the weigh in until the Wed. after.

When I started SW they advised us to have full 15 syns a day. Some days I could do it easily especially when having a drink at the w/e but during the week, I use treats if Im peckish for a sandwich etc or sometimes I`ll have 2 weetabice with milk and banana to fill the gap. I thought most of my treats would have been choc but it hasnt really bothered me going without except the other days choc cake which I couldnt resist, and yet I used have to have a choc fix every day. I`ll sometimes grab a few nuts, which is also one of my weaknesses, but I mark them down as syns so have to be careful how many I have.
Never mind wendilla, It`ll go. just keep at it. We`ll see what tonight brings for me. As long as I lose something, even half pound will do for now although I do want to get another stone of by end of Feb if I can

Hello All, After a computer hic cup I am happy to be back. I have also had the staying the same for quite a while so I am really hoping to go down next Wed. My halo is glowing after storing the left overs away for another meal. My shopping on arrival here is completely different and much easier than before when I was shopping for any and everything I might fancy. I am not fond of this part of the day because there is to be no more food eaten until tomorrow breakfast. Oh well.....onwards and downwards.....
Hi Xstitcher only thing I can suggest is make sure you have a good breakfast. I can understand the hunger pangs. You just can't stop your self from going and eating something that you shouldnt. I just can't stop my hands sometimes but now because that 3lbs has been lyiing around I am going to aim now for the other stone by end of feb.I think I was a bit off because I never once gained during the 2 st I have lost since July and some weeks stayed the same but that did not put me off so think Onwards and Downwards.By the way last week I bought a few of these little snack packs of fruit and grapes that helped me.and I put some in a florida salad.
