Burnt myself and chemist said to use Acriflex, the blister has popped and it is very sore and stinging. How can I keep it clean, and stop the stinging apart from the Acriflex?

I used a burn dressing last night so it wouldn't rub during the night (ouch) and it was quite tacky this morning ... yuk ...
