Sqad help please!!
38 Answers
Hi sqad, 37º and rising. I have dreadful heat rash under the boobies which I always get but just cannot shift it this year.¡, and is now incredibly sore. I've tried nappycream from chemist, lanocane powder, thrush cream, and caladryl, you name it I've tried it, but getting more sore by the minute. Would anti histamines help? I wear cotton and a biggish bra with kitchen roll to absorb so as not to rub, no bra at home, what on earth can I do? Thanks. hate this heat!!

so sorry you are suffering neti unfortunately I cannot help with treatment but can only offer advice re.prevention. You appear to be heavy busted & need to prevent your breasts touching your body, this can only be prevented by wearing bras that are specially made for you by buying from a good corsetier.

Hi all thanks for suggestions. I'm not sure about getting lamisil here in Baleares as we cannot get many things that are available on mainland Spain.
Yesterday they were better, and today not too bad. I am going to try the cornflour simply because I have some.
Lottie even the chemist here said anti histamines would not help, but then they gave nappy cream which hasn't worked either!
I am wearing a bigger bra (I have lost 4" this year, and no they are no floppier!) cos the new measured ones are tight and rub with the sweat. at home I wear a cotton wrap over boobies and under armpit, seems to help a lot.
Will let you all know how I get one, one suggestion at a time,
Once again many many thanks to you all. Erm shall I put a photo on here!!!!
