I've just been prescribed Nitrofurantoin for a water infection from the walk in centre, and have just noticed that it says to be careful if you are Vit B deficient. I'm b12 deficient (under control), will this matter? I've had one already.

Most of the regulars have a fairly efficient set of crap detector antennae. If someone is giving out dud advice (especially to a new member) then it will usually be corrected, or a warning attached, pretty quickly.

On the 'anonymous people' comments - I can now vouch personally for at least 15 people on the site and as the spiders web of personal contacts spreads out from them it encompasses many more ...

gness.....I get it, could be a wind up merchant for all I know, but the point is (and I know sqad can look after himself) that no-one should take advice medical or otherwise from a forum. I know, WE know that, but some take things as gospel.
