i have got a question which i would appreciate you helping me with. when i hold my hand out it always shakes! i cant control it, its not massive shakes its just a tiny bit but its just a bit worrying. does it mean anything? thank you for your help!

Are you shaky all the time or only at certain times? If its just certain times it could be a sign of low blood sugar, which can easily be sorted out by regulating your diet. To find out if it is this for sure you�d need to get a blood test done.

If you�re at all concerned I suggest you go see your doctor

Yes thats what i was thinking, to be honest i dont have the best diet in the world, so i thought that it could be related to this. im not worried but do you think it would be best for me to have a blood test?

It�s up to you really, I guess it could put your mind at rest� I would definitely recommend you talk it over with your doctor though just in case it is something else. I�m hypoglycemic (I think! � I never bothered with the blood test) but by making a few changes to my diet I feel so much better, and I don�t need a test to tell me that!
