I have been on these many times and for prolonged periods over the last three years.
Take them all six of them at the same time, as early in the day as you can, just after whatever breakfast you eat, it doesn't have to be a full English, just a piece of toast or small bowl of cereal is sufficient.
They can cause disrupted sleep which is why it's recommended to take them first thing, don't stagger them over the day, take them all together, in the morning.
