It’s inconsistent with the government’s strategy for doing the more drastic measures in stages. But yesterday there seemed to be a domino effect when different high profile sports saw measures being taken and decided to jump on the band wagon
The truth is no one really knows exactly how to deal with this: our governments strategy seems out of step with many other countries but to me it did seem reasonable.
On the other hand the WHO seem not to agree.
I’m not sure i like the “herd immunity” approach because it does mean stretching the thing out possibly for months.

Zac, to put it in a nut shell, we don't want medic staff of any kind standing about at any sporting event, waiting for some footballer to have a bang on the knee, and carted off to an over stretched hospital. May be all the sports doctors/ medics can go and give the NHS a help in hand when they are needed. Surely you understand that?
