Can you take ibuprofen gel and paracetonal at the same time ?

You can take topical Ibuprofen gel as often as you like and it will not interact with tablet medication.

You can also take oral Ibuprofen and Paracetamol together, as well as using your topical analgesia.

Ibuprofen is a Nsaid, Paracetamol isn't.

Just woken up and pain is still there

She mentioned taking paracetomal .

Wasn't sure if she should
