I don't know how old you are, but I had this problem as a kid. I noticed that it was dreaming about weeing that caused it, and if I woke up while it happened I noticed how absurd the circumstances were. So I got into the habit of checking my surroundings just before letting go while awake. Simply ask yourself 'Am I dreaming?' before you siphon your python and if you notice preposterous conditions, like continuing a conversation with somebody, changing details in walls and floors, inappropriate emotions or worries, you will notice how much different this is to a waking experience. Also before you even get into a urination scenario, try getting into the habit of attempting to wake yourself up when you feel the urge. Funny hobby, but no-one need know and eventually it becomes second nature in your dreams. Hope this works for you too. As a fun side effect you get to sometimes take over your dreams and can do whatever you want. Except go to the loo!
The most difficult thing about answering "Is masturbation a sin" is that the Bible never directly mentions masturbation. There is no command, "Thou shall not masturbate" in the Bible. Some take this fact to mean that God approves of and/or allows masturbation. Others take principles from the Bible to come to a decision.
