We could hole up for a couple of months in a stilted wooden hut on Koh Chang... spend our days lolling in the sea... read are favourite books whilst gently swinging in hammocks... snorkle above fish filled coral reefs... bicker about who's turn it is to get the fruit smoothies in...

Been three months since my last one and cravings getting better - a good kick boxing session or sex is the best way to get rid of all that tension! It helps that it's practically impossible to smoke while doing them (ever tried smoking while wearing a boxing glove?)

I stopped smoking just over a month ago, and from thinking about it every few minutes, I can now actually go quite a few hours til I think about the dreaded weed.

Over the past month I estimate I have saved about �80, not smoked about 500 fags and added 4 days to my life.

Any ideas what I can do with those extra 4 days?!!
What made you stop dilf?
