Brevinor pill

I recently switched from Dianette to Brevinor, I havent really heard much about this pill so I am really looking for some comments from other people that have been on it before. Since switching i have became really spotty around my mouth again! and my skin feels really really oily!! does anyone know how long you should give a new pill to settle in the your body?? I cant cope with these spots!!!! x
