Women and respect for CD's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just returned from a friends house and I tell ye, I am horrified. Literally horrified.

Although CD's are not in the grand scheme of things expensive, they deserve respect and meticulous categorising.

Why is it then that women treat them like objects of disregard. I collected some of mine THE WOMAN borrowed and was mortified that the CD's had been left out of the jewell case, plonked on top of a dusty shelf fingered and man-handled.

Her husband apologised on her behalf and stressed he has had a go at her before re this.

A man would never do this to his beloved CD collection.

Why are women so disrespectful towards CD's?

And why can't they throw, without looking like a mong?

Can you point this out to my son, Wardy? both my daughter and myself have tried in vain.

Yesterday I went into his room to get a DVD back he had borrowed only to find it split in half. If he touches my discs again I shall cut his fingers off.

Must go now..one of my CDs is out of alphabetical order due to his pilfering.

Joe - My friend is exactly the same and it drives me mad! You lend her CD's and she uses them in her car and ends up leaving them on the floor... once I tried to tidy them all up and I found about 30 CD's on the passenger side floor of her car, all out of their cases! Grrrrrrrrr! Some of which were mine! Drives me mad! Her husband is like it too! I am the sort of person who has to put them all back in the cases but in my car I have a CD wallet for them.

I have ALWAYS treated my CDs as fragile objectshat are vulnerableand easily damaged. For that reason I NEVER let my ex near them as he lived in his own personal dust cloud....rather like 'Pig Pen' ...the character in'Peanuts' -the cartoon strip....except it wasn't very endearing in an adult male!!! SoJoe -not all women can be lumped together in the same category....and neither can men!!!

But pastafreak, can you throw a ball without doing a Joey Deacon impression?

HA! Thought not.
I can throw a ball..I was in the netball & rounders school teams. I did try shot, but didn't fancy getting the muscles!

There is one thing worse than a woman throwing and that is a woman who thinks she can throw!!!!!

No you can't, and you bloody well know it!!!
Oh yes..I forgot the javelin! however I have to say it all went downhill once my gazongas got beyond a C cup.

If men had these on their chests they would probably have a weaker throw ;o)
I couldn't agree more. A female friend of mine gives me a lift to work every day, and her car is literally a black hole for CDs, there are empty cases on the floor, CDs not in cases on the back seat, the CD sleeves strewn across the dashboard and so on. The other day she was complaining that she couldn't find a particular CD. I had to try incredibly hard not to scream 'well if you kept them clean and tidy in an alphabetised order you would know exactly where it was!'
I have an excuse regarding throwing....got wonky eyes that don't work togetherproperly and this affects my depth perception which we all know is a necessary part of good eye-hand co-ordination. But don't worry...I can still land a pie on an average sized British male if needs be!!!lol!
PS-besides-what is more important...respect for possesions or atheletic skills?
The really wrong thing about CDs is those horrible lugs that don't quite keep the booklet in and when you try to get it out you end up ripping it. LPs on the other hand you had to be a contortionist to get your fingers under the central rim without touching the playing surfaces.

By the way, throwing is redundant. I saw off a sodding croaking magpie this afternoon by a single careful air pistol shot at the branch it was sitting and CROAKING on. God I hate magpies with a vengeance.
Aunt Sally - hope not - not for a few years if ever!!
