If so did you overcome the problem, if so how? Is counselling the only option?

Elvis, Roughquest said this in previous post

I would not be happy if my boyfriend who was sitting with me, was getting texts from female friends.

Roughquest, not having a go at you btw, just discussing with Elvis
trinny confused on the emails bit.

can you explain or is it out of bounds??
My point exactly....he`s got a problem with it not her, he`s not annoyed because it`s interupting the film/conversation etc...it`s just plain jealousy because he thinks she is cheating on him, he`s not going to change if they switch their phones off when they meet
its my own personal sh*t legend. Sorry for confusion
I still disagree with you Elvis. But like I said, let them sort it out
ok trinny.

still curious.

god im a nosey beggar eh????
legend, its too boring, really... but a personal matter than I am still trying to get to grips with
Let them sort it out?...erm..that`s why she`s asking on here
yes Elvis, let them sort it out. If it was that important, then Roughquest would of replied.

They have probably texted by now, and everything is rosy.
trinny i think you will sort it.

im sure in fact.
I doubt it Trinny, issues like that is not resolved over a text message
dont be such an old cynic elvis

I`m telling ya legend, i`ve seen it all before, I hope this is not the case but it has all the hallmarks of the `green eyed monster` syndrome
well to be fair.
ive seen the email monster like trinny.

and of course always a favourite the text messages.
phone on silent

always in back pocket

sometimes its not a bad thing to be wary is it???
-- answer removed --
You`re right, but there`s a big difference between wary and jealousy, in Roughquests fellas case it`s jealousy
jealousy is incredibly destructive in a relationship. It eats away until it destroys everything. Some mistake it as a sign of intense love. Its not!!!!!! Its about control! Trust is the thing you can give most to ensure security and hapiness.
Sorry roughquest but I have 2 words to say to you BIN HIM.
He is an insecure looser and as stokeace said it will only get worse.
Just on a lighter note here if you had your phone in your back pocket of your jeans then how the hell did you sit down or does he make you stand up to attention all night lolll
