Is clean, bad?

I was just thinking, I shower every morning, without fail. I probably spend about 10-15 mins in there as I exfoliate, was my hair, wash my face etc.... but over the course of the year, that's 365 showers! From one person! And that's not including if I go to the gym and come back and shower, or have a bath some evenings! Am I just wasting water? Do you shower everyday?

I shower once a day but it only takes 5 minutes unless I wash my hair which I do no longer than twice a week unless I've got some kind of gubbins in it. Times I don't wash are when I camp or bothy out at the weekends or festivals. Then I only wash my face, oxsters and teeth, I also try to jump in a river at some point too., You can't beat it when you've not had a wash for 5 days and you jump in a river, quality!

Wow! We really are a wasteful bunch! I don't think I could not shower every day!
But maybe from now on I will shower every other day, wash everyday and wash my hair everyday.... Oh I don't think I can do it!
I do think more than one shower a day is a bit excessive! Unless you actually do something that gets you really dirty!

i shower every morning and just wash before i go to bed at night, same as 4get if i need to shave my legs it has to be in the bath, i always miss bits when im standing up as i wobble from standing on one leg~!!x

Washing your hair everyday is terrible for your hair. They only say frequent wash on the bottle to make you waste more money using it more than neccessary. Just rinse it with hot water when you're washing your body. And exfoliate?!!? Are you mad, they are robbing you of all your hard earned cash! If you dry yourself with a towel it will do exactly the same thing!

I was forced to get a water meter.

I have a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna power shower, a lawn sprinkler, a car power hose, a fresh water filter pond and I refuse to buy bottled water.

Living on my own, I probably have the most expensive water bill on AB!!!!

Wouldn't worry about it. It has been hissing down with rain lately!!!

I don't think we waste as much water as we used to..
When i was a teenager we never had a shower i had a bath every day. How many showers could you have with that amount of water ?
And as there was 5 in our house all having a bath we must of used loads of water.
Plus the water was on a boiler which always kept the water boiling in a tank. Not like todays boilers it heats it as we use it.
