hi Gavin, I have been through some really bad times, and hate to admit it, but have often felt like you seem to be feeling. Ending it all. But I did come through that tunnel eventually.
You may not see it now, but things will improve. You wont see it now, as I didn't at the time, as all you see is bleakness. Honestly, I know how you feel. I got through it xx

gavin,as you can see by the responses youve had so far there are people who are concerned about you.I dont know you gavin or what your circumstances are but please believe me when i say that no matter what is going on in your life, how bad you may think it is or how bad something that you may have done is.....nothing is worth taking your life for and every problem can have a solution if you just seek it.
please tell us,if you feel you can, what the problem is and im sure that someone on here will be able to at least give you support or point you in the right direction for a solution.

very relieved to see your message gavin!!! you see,no need to feel lonely there are people who genuinely give a damn!!
you wouldnt be expected to "snap out of it"....if only things were that simple!! it has probably taken time to get to where youre at now and so the flip side is it will take time to get back again.
the first step is to talk about it ,a problem shared is a problem halved and all that and the second is to seek proffessional help....no one is going to knock you for it

Gavin , while you can talk to us we are here to listen . You do sound as though you need someone with you , are you on your own at the moment ? Do you have family or a friend you can ring , if not then do ring The Samaritans or your GP office , or another doctor .
