Before we start dishing out advice it might be prudent to ask just why they should want to come here, then?
well they need to save up some money so that they can rent a place when they get here, and to give them a buffer zone while they find jobs etc.

When you say move back i presume you mean they are british and then moved abroad?

Thank you both for answering. Yes they are both British and moved for him to take up work. Now his job is finished,They want to come back as there is no chance of finding other work where they are and they find things difficult with the language. Also her mother is quite ill and she misses her family badly. They would hope initially to stay with the mother, as she has very little room and they have several children, it would be very overcrowded, but it would be a base to start from. He has a skill in engineering, so would hope to get a job soon. But you know for a start - no permanent address - no chance of a job then, and vice versa. It would seem difficult to get a start. Any advice would be welcome.
thankyou, Mata
I'm no expert but if the were born here, have UK passports then there is no issue with them relocating back here
