All of a sudden, from yesterday in fact, I've gone a bit wobbly, such as when I get out of bed, though not fast and sometimes when I look up or down. There's no pain or nausea though, just a wobbly kind of feeling. Could this be due to something within the ear and is it treatable; would I have to see my doctor? Ta Muchly.
If you are reading this Woodelf don't get worried. If it is your neck and not your ears this is quite common and there isn't much you can do about it. It basically is due to pressure on nerves which is why it can happen when you look up or down (or sideways, etc.). Just wear and tear usually.
So, I should go back to my GP and tell her her diagnosis is wrong...because Sqad says so....I know how I feel when this happens and I don't go to waste my GP's valuable time! A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, so may I ask Sqad how qualified you are to give out such advice or whatever?...in the nicest possible way of course...smile!
I feel I have to defend Sqad here Woodelf, Sqad is a retired doctor and surgeon. I have no doubt of this, although I was dubious at first. He spent many years as a GP. He knows his stuff. However, as Sqad says follow the advice of your GP.
Tamborine I certainly would favour my GP's advice over your dubious methods?
Woodelf, hope this settles down for you soon. Hugs
