Just see how you go with it and don't be put off by the initial discomfort you may get.
When it starts to grow back it can be evil so it does need a lot of maintenance so to speak.
I find moistuiser spray helps, i've got a baby lotion spray, from superdrug i think i use which helps any discomfort. A good sensitive shaving foam also helps, have always found Palmolive sensitive for men brilliant and use a good quality ladies' razor, i'd use it on your underarms and legs first though to blunt it a little.
Take it gently, a little bit at a time gently and get as much as you can off "with the hair" rather than against it to minimise irritation the skin. Holding it taught also helps. I tend to spray baby oil spray on afterwards then keep it moisturised with moisturiser spray.
I've never had any complaints from men and loads of compliments :)
