You've read far too many Mars and Venus books! Not all men are sex-obsessed liars, unable to feel emotions or understand you. Men may be less comfortable with lengthy emotional chatter than many women are, but men can waffle and obfuscate too. At other times, men mean exactly what they say. Sometimes they really do just mean "let's be friends", and sometimes - steady yourselves - they really do want to talk about their feelings. Don't sabotage a relationship by assuming that he's a neanderthal who only wants sex and football.

Yes cuddleMe - I think men deserve a chance, just as much as women do, because not all females are willing to show their emotions and some can "play the game" as well as any man.
I think the best bet is to really get to know them - by talking, and making observations! Someone who just wants to get you in the sack as quickly as possible, could end up being a complete jerk. The way that a man treats you says a lot about him. If he's considerate, understanding and willing to listen as well as talk, you might've found a good one! If he seems conceited and just wants to tell you how good he is - run a mile!

i'm a man and yes i am obssessed with sex, that doesn't mean that i'm a liar or a cheat howver as i'm happily in a relationship for 4 yrs .
its a shame that all women cant be a man just for a week, then you would understand the powerful sexual urges that mother nature gave us and how frustrating it is when you cant get any!

I think we have already established that I do not understand men!

I still think though each man should be given a chance, you can't judge a new man on the behaviour of others.

There is still hope.
