Aching Loins

I have this continuous dull ache in my loins which has persisted for about a fortnight now.
Are there any cures for this or should I seek either self healing or do I need an experienced Woman to sort out the problem.
rowan should be able to help with backup from Squad !!!

Rowan and I cannot wait to meet each other bobjugs as all the vibes are right. However confidentiality is the order of the day as I would not compromise anything which will jeopardise that which we both hold so dear.
