Myself, well ignoring the post shower weighing (I still don't know how I soak up so much water) I'm down 2¼ lbs on the week. (But up ⅛ lbs on the month.) But I feel I must have turned a corner and I'm making it back down again gradually.
To be honest I've had a few high calorie/fat things recently so it is probably better than I could have expected. Maybe that's the answer. If you're good you go up, if you have a few 'treats' you go down :-)
