Hello all,
Well, it looks like spring has finally arrived. I hope some of you are able to get out and about more. It is a well known fact that more exercise is a great way to help shed those pounds.
What is your favourite way of getting some fresh air?
We welcome anyone serious about losing weight and we offer support and kind thoughts - not magic fixes, just sensible help.
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

Morning all,
Just a quick warning to let you know I will be posting a new thread tomorrow morning at around this time, or maybe a bit earlier depending on how awake I feel :-)
By the way if anyone has any thoughts about a topic for discussion please add them here and I will do my best to use them in the OP.
Keep it up
Ed

OH dear OG The Harvester. Yes they do super salads and rolls which here you help yourself to while waiting on your meal BUT you did not mentioned what you had with your meal lol
Ratters I think you will find you will start losing on the run up to your move as you will be kept busy and it looks like you will be kept pretty busy from where you are moving to. Hope all goes well for you.
Brenden I have one to spare too.

On the rare occasion I frequent one (I've gone off them gradually) I always regret taking a bowl full of "salad" in place of any starter course. The chances are high I'll find I don't need all the main course and can't bring myself to be sensible and stop when full having paid for the meal. I've yet to sample any dessert from there (or most other places come to that).
Hmmm now if Ratter was moving to some sunny Mediterranean location and paying for the fares there and back for us to help, then sure, but North Wales ???? Isn't it permanent rain there ? And the locals refuse to speak English but glare at you as you get to the bar (or so I'm told). I hope Ratter's MIL likes to come home to a real fire.

Lol you lot, don't speak too soon! We may well need help to get all our belongings up to the house, it is up steep windy gravel track with a couple of tight corners that we are unsure if the lorry will go around, we may end up having to re-load it onto a smaller van to get it up to the house :-(
OG, so wrong about the Welsh, I havent come across one person speaking Welsh yet and over the years I have been up and down to Wales many times, I find them far more friendly and accommodating than the English, although it pains me to admit that. I too have heard all the stories about the Welsh, we have experienced none of it.
Ok so how many will be turning up to carry our furniture up the track to the house, quite a few large antique pieces as well.
