Hello all,
Well, it looks like spring has finally arrived. I hope some of you are able to get out and about more. It is a well known fact that more exercise is a great way to help shed those pounds.
What is your favourite way of getting some fresh air?
We welcome anyone serious about losing weight and we offer support and kind thoughts - not magic fixes, just sensible help.
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

Morning all. I'm popping my head round the door to say hello as I've been on holiday this week. I'll weigh on wednesday rather than now as I need a few days to get back on track!
I haven't been too naughty and tried hard to avoid the worst C's (cake, chocolate, cream, Cheesecake!, chinese, caramel etc) but i did have a few chips, cappuccinos and crisps :-)
We had a good time but wHo'd have thought we'd still be eating soup at the end of May.

Morning xstitcher and followers. No loss either for me and I have been reasonable good . Weather not helping back to cold and rain again. I bought a load of salad on Monday but not salad eating weather. Well that's my excuse again. I think I may need to cut down on the double yoked eggs that I get from the farm as Ratters pointed out the calories lol.
According to this I got the fat % wrong. It is interesting for we egg lovers.

Xstitcher, I hate the fat free yoghurts, The other reason that I have a full fat yoghurt is it fills me up a lot more and I only have 100 grams with my sliced banana, so not a lot of calories. My problem was, I make my own yoghurt but this time I made a Greek style yoghurt, it was really nice and I consumed a lot more than I ought, I just fancied a change in texture :-(
