Morning everyone!

I've given up on losing weight, and have just got back in to running or riding the bike every day - for as long as that lasts! No, really, I've given up on worrying about my weight, and focusing instead on staying fit throughout autumn and winter!

Am I being foolish?

Yes OG someone was up early. I like to get my walk down to the beach in before 8 am now that we have more light by then, but it was cold today.

Down 1 lb this week, so that's no bad thing.

Didn't go up over the weekend quite as much as I expected.

Thanks for the encouragement, but it is the case that when i have a bad week it's possible I don't see why, and again when I have a good week. I've just checked my intake for yesterday; it was more over the daily goal than I thought, so I was lucky to have dropped over the last 24 hours.
Whoops, maybe it will catch up with you tomorrow!
It caught up fractionally yesterday, and the rest, plus, today :-(

In fairness it's been two days of inadvertently being over goal, almost like they were weekend days. I thought I'd been being basically good, but late afternoon pangs sorted by a few biscuits did not help: and it is amazing how much energy there is in a single rainbow trout !

Down again but don't seem to be able to get past that number. Hope you do well. Don't dare turn on the telly because of the election news. The last I looked on my iPad at 4 am things were not sounding good for my choice.

Despite being good I have stayed the same but another good week willl show a result.
You're right on that Wendilla. It takes a lot of good weeks to get results.
So we are all doing ok this week then. Great.

To my astonishment I had another weekend that did less damage than expected, plus no movement over the last 24 hours, to end up a further 1.2 lbs down over the week. I'm unsure it is deserved, but I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.
Deserved or not OG you must be feeling gooood!
