Morning everyone!
I've given up on losing weight, and have just got back in to running or riding the bike every day - for as long as that lasts! No, really, I've given up on worrying about my weight, and focusing instead on staying fit throughout autumn and winter!
Am I being foolish?

In fairness it's been two days of inadvertently being over goal, almost like they were weekend days. I thought I'd been being basically good, but late afternoon pangs sorted by a few biscuits did not help: and it is amazing how much energy there is in a single rainbow trout !
