Other peoples debt
6 Answers
My son left home in 2006 to live in USA. Unbeknown to me he had an outstanding overdraft.I now keep receiving letters saying the outstanding debt has been passed to debt collectors. Although I have written to them several times saying he does not live here the letters still come. Is there anywhere I can notify so that his name is removed from my address, and will his debt show on my credit rating?
