Hey,
Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for over 8months now, and still no signs of any change, any advise on how we could speed up the process?

Thank you you have all been a great help :)
If your cycle is 28 days each month then you ovulate on day 14. Don't have sex for a week before day 13...then every night on day 13, 14 and 15...and maybe 16 just in case...
as stated before, 8 months is not a long time, relax and try not to focus on how easy it appears for other women to get pregnant, you have youth on your side.good luck
HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT TRYING A FERTILITY MONITOR? tHEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IF/WHEN YOU ARE OVULATING
cLEARBLUE DO ONE
Bednobs...if she 28 days every month then she will ovulate on day 14. You ovulate 14 days before your period regardless of your cycle.
but who knows if she is actually ovulating? Plus i don't agree with what you are saying, some people ovulate at different times during their cycle
They are people with irregular cycles.

Also make sure your partner is keeping his bits cool - no tight fitting underwear or trousers. And take into account things like, does he work in hot conditions (eg kitchens)? does he cycle a lot? All of these things can affect sperm production.
Why are you advised to take folic acid pre pregnancy and what exactly does it do?
It helps with the development of the spinal cord in early pregnancy and protects against spina bifuda. It has nothing to do with helping to conceive.
