Woofy my whites are dazzling and all pegged out with matching black pegs, all very acceptable! Am washing the front room long curtains now, I just hope they come out OK and do not shrink, my machine has a special 40º curtain wash, so fingers crossed, they usually come out 3" shorter!
Ingreds: corned beef, sliced pots, fried peppers and onions, chedder cheese, cream and margarine (or a cheese sauce , but not so good), pepper.
Easy recipe shaney, I precook sliced potatoes and lay them out of a tea towel to cool off (Mr N does not precook them) I fry sliced onions and chopped red peppers, I use a tin of corned beed as that's all we can get here, and I only use 1/4 of a tin at a time (I freeze the rest and it is fine) Then I layered the crumbled cornbeef (I don't like too much, it's up to you), and onions and peppers, then a layer of pots, then either cheese sauce or grated cheese, cream and dobs of marg, repeat with corned beef etc until you fill the dish and then finish off with cream, marge and grated cheese, I then grill the top and then heat it up when needed. Mr N invented it.
Fiestas here now until Tues, but I guess most shops are open for a while, the Post Office and banks are, of course, closed!!
