What is it that you crave at elevenses?

Do you deny yourself, or just head out to the nearest snackery?

I always want something like a pastrami sandwich with a Dutch cheese of some sort, and maybe some piccalilli.

I have a toast with avocardo on when I first get up, (or at least I would have this morning if I'd remembered to buy a poxy lemon last night!) and then by about half tenish I'm hungry again and I tend to have a piece of fruit. Today even after my apple I was still starving so ended up getting lunch before 1pm which I don't generally like to do. Around 3pm I'll be looking for tea and bisuits now I reckon :-/

Does there have to be a special time to eat? I eat when I'm hungry - breakfast about 11, lunch anytime up to about 5 pm then evening meal anytime up to about 9 pm. Only time I have set mealtimes is when family are visiting - even then it's pretty flexible.

No, he was enforcing the rules of HIS site waterboatman and no one is banned, they're suspended, they'll be back in a week, or if they flounce as another name in a few months time. This is really getting silly, (my OH is one of the people suspended for goodness sake!) This was quite an enjoyable and light hearted thread, be nice if it could stay that way.

I had a veggie forcacia, a nut & chocy 'health' bar and a pot of fruit. I've not finished my fruit in preparation for the 3:00 munchies :c)

i think waterboatman point might be that the ED and his mods would instantly stomp on anyone posting the 'f' word and/or other obscenities - yet here is the word in the video, both in writing and aurally ----- double standards?

I'm on board for the goats cheese and pine nuts... I only eat raw, red cabbage, I don't like any other type :-/

It's fine. I'd expect some to be upset about it.

It's difficult for some to be objective when it's their mate in the clink.

I have got my angry emails about this though - apparently anyone else would have been suspended for this?

I had my sad little lunch and now have only dinner to look forward to.

I could still kill for a nice deli sandwich. I'd even find a subway acceptable at this point.
