As Christmas is almost upon us I thought we could have some festive yet healthy cocktail suggestions. Here are but a few I have found:
Well done Jomlett, wendilla and Maydup. Have you noticed that it is a long time since we have had the naughty step out? This proves that we have successfully intergrated our new eating habits into our lives which is quite a feat! You should all be VERY proud of yourselves!!!
Onwards and downwards indeed! I'm down another 2 kilos, my waist size down to 38 and my BMI is down to 26. I am so looking forward to my first lo-carb new year!
Well done to the losers this week. No change for me again, but I did have a difficult weekend food wise; being away from home I wasn't able to cook my usual recipes and am happy to have maintained really.
I'm going to make a real effort over the next couple of weeks and leave myself some wriggle room for Christmas!
