Currently in the oven I have walnut apple and white stilton tart, and for dinner we are having gravalax and prawn salad.

sausages sandwiches for lunch, yummy, don't know what my SIL is cooking tonight.
i will make a turkey/ham pie with leftovers. I have never had white stilton (or even heard of it) what's it taste like?

Its a lot milder than blue stilton but still has a lot of flavour - you can sometimes get it with ginger or apricots mixed in.
is it the same sort of texture?
i have had white stilton with apricots, absolutely scrummy
White Stilton is more crumbly, a perfect cheese for soups etc too - I make a cauli cheese and white stilton soup.
South Indian fish curry with Basmati rice.
Having had a rather filling lunch we will graze on cold meats and cheese with appropriate accompaniments.

As mamya says it’s crumbly but as crumbly as Wensleydale
Had ham and tom. butties for lunch with a side of crisps and for tea, would you believe turkey curry ? Looking forward to it.
Crispy duck with hoisin sauce, spring onions and wraps. Really fancied this after seeing John Torode in China on tele today
Have given the butler the day off .. will be looking after ones self and having fish and chips !
Turkey and salad.....it will be turkey in various forms for the next couple of days as a result of himself getting a very nasty chest infection that has put him off food.....just after the turkey was bought!! Bubble and squeak will be on the menu again soon!!
