Haven't had it yet but it will be chicken pathia, tadka dal, popadoms and pilau rice.

Along with 1000s of others we are having a BBQ - mapled pork, angus burgers, pork kebabs, salad with caesar dressing and corn on the cob - plus my husband has told me to tell you hand shaved parmigiano :-)

Ha, that rice is the only rice I use these days sj, can't beat it, I buy it by the ton when it's on offer, never fails does it?

I do my own rice with Chinese but can't be bothered with Pilau - Veetee are so easy

HB has been glorious today, brill. sunshine, just a light breeze, lovely day. A few Piles appearing on the Front, but not too many yet, so bearable.
