How To Do Chicken - For A Salad

Chicken is never going to taste like it did decades ago. Even the so called organic stuff from the supermarkets (at 10 pounds a pop is tasteless)

Roast some chicken...chop and mix with mango and orange slices....serve with dark green leaves and a good drizzle of balsamic.....bliss....x

Jackdaw - try a corn-fed, free-range organic chicken and you will be amazed how good it is. If you buy the cheapest bog-standard chicken from Tesco it will be bland and boring as Tesco think that's what their customers want.
