I have bought one of the above and would like to cook it nicely.
I can do sleeve of silverside etc quite tenderly and it would melt in your mouth but I always find it "dry". I don't want to do the same with this nice piece of meat.
Shall I wrap it in tin foil to keep it moist or what.
