does anyone know where I can buy maple sugar, cream and butter from a uk mail order company? I know I can get it straight from Canada and the US but the p and p and customs make this very expensive.

I went out to collect laptop and ah deep joy it's working and wasnt even my fault, it was windows gone wrong! 30€ bah humbug! Have now got the first 4 episodes to watch later, zooming away now with this laptop. Others will be downloading imminently !

Car having not tomorrow at 8am and just found one headlight isnt working, well we never take it out at night! It's got 3 others and fog lamps so dont see the problem but they will! We have a 4 month waiting list for the mot test and I've booked the wrong numbers but hopefully they'll understand!

This really, really is the first time I've looked in since I was last here which appears to be nine months. Before you all cross your arms, NO....I'd have made headline news! :) I know there must be quite a lot to catch up on...I'll try and pick it up as you go along.
I'm ok, mostly things have been the same, some changes here and there. Lots of flooding around this area but I've been ok (so far) I hope you've all escaped the worst.

I've been watching that Cat on the internet today shaney, so terrible. Lots of old people go there for winter breaks! Car passed the MoT just!! I feel quite rough today. Lucky I have a slow cooker so I bunged in some meat and veg and Mr N had a nice stew for dinner. He wanted to take me to A&E as I cant draw breath when I have a coughing fit and it's quite frightening! Lasts about 10/15 mins and then I'm clear. I'm ok when it coughing. Very cold and extremely windy here today!

fairy now has wings and a sash and sparkly blue boots (painted her black china feet/shoes blue and dipped them in holograph glitter. A crown and she is done.

Is the fairy for the tree top Woofy? I have a light up star, dont know when I switched from fairy to star. Always had a fairy when we were children!

Not sure yet, I don't think we will have a tree this year as I want to get all my nativities out and there's not room for everything.

Morning all.. very blowy and dank here but I feel a tad better. I can cough and breathe at the same time which us a relief but dont think I'll be galivanting anywhere yet!

I usually have a big xmas tree in the front room and one our in patio. In dining room I have an alpine village. Hija sent me a Victorian looking skating rink with moving figures and I have little lit up alpine chalets and a church and I love it. Also have a little couple sitting by a campfire. All very cosy!
