maple syrup products

does anyone know where I can buy maple sugar, cream and butter from a uk mail order company? I know I can get it straight from Canada and the US but the p and p and customs make this very expensive.

Nothing wrong with egg and chips. I had a mountain of fried potatoes and an omelette last night, it was lovely. I haven't even got any frozen chips. I love the chunky thrice cooked M&S ones with their beer battered cod. Oh, memories.

I think it's been the warmest day today. Wish it would stay like this with overnight rain a couple of times a week.
My next door neighbours are being lovely and this afternoon I had a card through the door from a local delivery man, we always have a chat.... it said 'Hope you're ok xxx'. I saw him up the road and shouted where's the parcel? He said there isn't one. :) Made my day.

It wasnt egg and chips.it was hash flan with potatoes cakes and a fresh salad. After the sumptuous feasts he has been cooking I couldnt give him egg and chips! But yes I think tomorrow. I buy oven chops and deep fry them and they are so nice. Crisp on the out side and fluffy on the inside

Morning....another sunny start in here. The rising virus numbers for Derby/Derbyshire aren't so pleasing.

I would imagine it can neti, but I only do Ab on my laptop, I need a clear view of what everyone's up to.

Well, I've been a stick all my life and sometimes wished I had curves but I was happy with my professionally coloured hair. Now, after gaining weight and dodgy home colouring, it's come to this. Oh dear.....apologies if you're eating....

Haha Robi that will be all of us by the end but hey who cares as long as we have survive it! I'm hacking my spikey hair and looks ok at the moment. Letting roots grow as it's cheaper. Why should a nearly 76y o have roots??
Found a dead cat by my car yesterday. Not pretty. Probably poisoned. Mr N disposed of it.
Beautiful day here. Mr N has gone shopping. We are eating rather a lot!

we are joining a neighbourhood group to try to get enough orders together to get a Gail's bakery delivery. One of the bakeries opened recently (and is now closed again); it was very popular.

We've also found a local greengrocery doing deliveries. The woman who owns it used to be our cleaning lady about 30 years ago and hasn't forgotten us.

Hair colours are hard to come by.Out of stock everywhere I've looked or if they have got them it's collect in store only.All the things I normally buy at Wilko are the same.Collect it or go without.
Never mind it's a lovely day again and at least the local butcher is bringing us a leg of lamb and a few other things on Friday.We will have an Easter dinner even if it's only for two and cost an arm and a leg..I can freeze the leftovers.

Another glorious day, I've been in the garden, digging dandelions out of the lawn and putting them in planters. Well, needs must, no bedding plants for colour this year :)

I cultivate dandelions and other weeds for my tortoises and yes I have them growing in tubs

Woofy our land is ecological. Weird and wonderful plants that the world has forgotten. But water is so scarce and expensive we dont waste it on useless flowers etc.

That's a lovely picture Neti.
It was really huge and bright here too and I went out the front and took a picture but it was rubbish ,came out all blurry.I can't fathom out the camera on my phone.Some come out OK but some don't.
Hope you've all had a nice evening.I watched The Repair Shop.I really love this programme.
The people are so talented. I like Will.He can come and put french polish on my coffee table any time he likes :)
