Buffet Food

Does anyone know of any books for ideas on Buffett food (cooking for 30 people). Or does anyone have any original, easy recipes for this sort of entertaining? Preferably cold food.

Or look at Chinese cookbooks/online for Dim Sum and chinese snacks - spring rolls, ribs, wontons, all can be served cold with dips
Or here's a new idea that i plan to use when i next have a get-together, try Tapas cooking - again they are usually easy peasy to make, can be cooked in advance, and served hot or cold - Chorizo in Red wine, Paella, prawns in chilli, patatas bravas etc..... you can make pots of it all and people just help themselves (ala Tapas!). Hope all this is food for thought!

A while back I did a buffet for 20 people .... I had problems getting ideas so I went down to the local library, they had several books of menus and I found one (sorry I can't remember the name) that had a large section on buffets. I was suprised at how many Cookery Books they had ... the section must have contained over 200.
