Eww eww eww!! boiling it for 15 minutes?? Doesn't that make it really mushy? I like my corn on the cob nice and crisp. This is what I do..... add a teaspoon of sugar to the water as it boils, then once boiling, cook the corn for only SIX minutes. This will bring it out a bit sweet and very juicy.
We grill ours. Grill for about 15 minutes or so (at the bottom shelf of the grill/ oven.....i.e - not to close to the grill itself), turning now and again.
Get a bit of butter on it, sprinke with cajun spice, grill....and enjoy! :-)
