Chocolate Potatoes

I'm trying to find a recipe for a dessert that looks like a chocolate ball dusted with cocoa powder and soaked in rum. In Russia they call them "potatoes" and even give them "potato buds" with whipped cream. I tried a google search but I can't figure anything out. Can anyone tell me what they are called or perhaps a more efficient way to search?
