Oh tut, I've only just been notified you're in here, the AB notification whizzy must have jammed, it does that sometimes & then they all arrive at once.
Yes neti, I thought the world had ended. A few weeks ago it would've been light at 5am & might not have been so bad but I hate the dark quiet mornings, the dawn chorus & a bit of moving about doesn't bother me as a rule. Nice & sunny now but very windy & only in the low teens.
Hmmm, I'd pay up pdq too if you were on my doorstep...heeee

Jude the charity shops are desperate for stock, there are so many of them. If I go & sit on the counter I wonder if anyone will take me home.
All the very best to mr w woofy!

Robi, Most morning I wake up with that awful feeling of impending doom. And I am also very shaky. It usually takes me until late morning to actually feel anything like OK. I can't work out why, except that my doc. told me that most depressed people are at the worse in the morning!!
I am feeling quite a lot better today (especially after meeting that nice young man out on the fields earlier on ;o) )
Shaney, in case I don't get back in here again today, you and Mr S will be in my thoughts tomorrow. Hope all goes well. Much love xxx

well done, neti... you can have Firefox and IE and Chrome and Safari and Opera and all the rest all open at once if you like, they shouldn't interfere with each other or with any settings you have. It's just like having several pairs fo glasses; just pick up the ones you need to read a book, you don't have to throw the others away.
Jeans and sweatshirts, Pj's. Don't bother with summer sandals. When the sun does come out it is quite warm, so perhaps a T shirt under your sweat shirt. You will not need anything too summery. I am wearing jeans with light weight 3/4 length sleeve sweaters at the moment, but wore a fleece jerkin over the sweater when I went out this morning. The nights are getting quite cold.
And don't forget your liberty bodice.
You will also need a warm jacket.
Having said that we might yet get an indian summer!!

Glad you've found IE Neti. It was just on my lap top when I had it. I downloaded Firefox when I had a prob with something else.
All the very best Woofy and Mr W., and I will be thinking about you and Mr S. tomorrow Shaney.
Lottie I get up early and put some lippy on and I always go to the paper shop before I have my breakfast, that makes me feel better cos I say good morning to folk I know and even some I don't and then i don't feel so alone.(because believe me I do feel lonely loads of times) There's even a young man I've known for years and he is deaf and does sign so I can practice by talking to him. I did a course when I was at Sainsburys which they paid for. I suggested it when they asked us for any suggestions to help customer services and they agreed. So when I come back my mood has lifted.
So please don't think I'm always happy go lucky. I know I've been depressed while on here but maybe haven't said anything, just didn't come on, but feel a bit more relaxed about telling you now. I have just had 2 phone calls. My man is coming to give me a price for a blind for my kitchen and my nephew is coming to fix my light fitting. Great! So right at this minute I feel ok but I do understand how you are feeling Lottie.
Have to go Take care all,

Bless you Jude xxxx You are a sweetie. I will put my lippy on in the morning and go for a walk over the fields in my dressing gown before breakfast. I might meet the nice young man I met at lunchtime collecting the hay bales.
I also came almost face to face with a lovely fox during my walk. Meggie didn't even notice him (he was the same colour as her). I watched him walk off sedately into the wood. He didn't even bother running!!

Evening all, I'm sitting here seriously considering doing a Britney/Sinéad... Had to call maintenance cos the water in the shower was only lukewarm and there was a semi-blockage in the basin. The shower wasn't any of my doing but the basin... he pulled out a huuuge, dead and wet "rat" conspicuously like my coiffure... YUKKKKKK!!! God bless him, he was so kind and didn't make me feel like a disgusting old biddy. But if I do a Britney I will have to stop falling about on my head - one doctor said my thick hair had probably helped moderating the blows ha ha ha.
That's really good news Woofy about Mr W, I'm so pleased for you, and I'm keeping all my toes and fingers crossed for Mr S and you tomorrow, Shaney.
Oh dear, church-going neighbours Robi, as if it's not enough with Woofy all sanctimonious in here...;-) threatening to scrub OUR tongues - did you see her in the spamfilter thread??!!! I haven't heard such language since I was in the navy! ;-)
Good on you for not offloading too heavily onto your son Lottie, that's the right decision. (Sharing similar experiences at a later point like you did Jude is another thing.) You can talk to us Lottie, hang on while we slip into uniform:) http://i53.tinypic.com/2lly3x3.jpg (I joke but I mean to say it's okay.)
