Sending Jewellery to Australia

Is it ok to send silver or costume jewellery to Australia? (Just a small gift for my granddaughter).

Robi, my garden is looking lush too eve though we are in the hiatus between spring and summer and the summer stuff is a bit slow to get going....just remembered I need to clean the pond pump today as well as mow....

Well it hasn't warmed up and the sun's disappeared...that'll be good news for the gardener tho', he hates hot weather. I'll be hovering behind him to make sure he doesn't chop the heads off my foxgloves. It's the same here shaney, I love them, they very kindly fill up the spaces if you shake the seed heads around....I've never had much success with the posh ones though.
Some things are catching up now, the spanish broom's about to flower, bang on time, and the roses are almost ready.

Keep taking the tablets jno, I think they take about 10 days to have a full effect don't they?

I know it's nice to have things for a long time, crockery, cutlery, etc but sometimes do you want to chuck it all out and have a whole new lot? P'raps I should get married again, haha.

Biddies can anyone help me please, someone sends me the DT crosswrod every Sat but for the last few weeks they are appearing too small to read and print, it is driving me mad. I usually use cam2pc to print them with but this time there is no option, only save to (docs etc) or bookmarks, have tried everything but just cannot enlarge it, I've been to Tools and changed it but still no good, this also happens with Ryanair boarding pass, way too small, any suggs? I've asked in Tech but obviously the boffins are on holiday??

last day of the tablets, Robi, it was only 8 a day for 5 days. We'll see. Maybe it's only stopping taking them that gets them going? Just been reading the side-effects tablet about how they can cause mental illness.

Yay I've done it, finally, I had to use Windows fax and image viewer and enlarge it and print, at last, bloody nuisance. No idea why it has changed suddenly, thank woofy!

oh dear, I've just looked athe side effects jno...good job mine were pre info days.

yes it feels chilly here, about 14 and I'm now up to 3 layers of clothes.

Its sunny and fresh here, lovely. I have mowed the tortoise pen, cleaned out the fish filter, pressure washed a mud trapper mat and eaten chicken salad (again) and chocolate. I was going to mow the big lawn too but the battery on the big mower needs charging. I've got a small hand mower for the tortoise pen as the big one won't fit in there.
Dogs have helped me in the garden, eaten chicken and are now asleep again.

I said to jno do not worry about mental illness, you wouldn't know if you had it, so just sort the cough out, then you can wander through the town mumbling and shouting at things.

Another problem to sort. I'm thinking that my moden/router is not working properly, so I have anotherone which hija used in Barca, how do I connect it to my network, I mean is there some sort of code for the telephone company or can I just plug it in??

You can just plug it in but you may need the router password.
