Sending Jewellery to Australia

Is it ok to send silver or costume jewellery to Australia? (Just a small gift for my granddaughter).

I'm sitting with the fan blowing on my legs and feet cos they're burning. I had that concert on for a while but I thought it was boring, can't imagine her maj enjoyed it.

Brighton Beach this afternoon, this frightens me, as a kid could drown and no one would notice.

I think she probably did .If she had any sense she'd have had her feet up with a large drink and be tuned in to something far more interesting than that .It was absolutely awful .I made my views quite clear in Media ..hahaa...

I hate crowded beaches or crowded anywhere, yes i though the concert was pretty dull too, going off to media for a look....

The military wives weren't on that concert were they? I admire the cause and all that but I'm no fan of their singing

Dunno (military wives on the concert) that Gavin bloke was presenting and I just find him so worthy and annoying.

I saw that pic of London on Sea Neti .Awful .I never liked Brighton the few times I went there ,horrible stoney beach .Their a rses must be sore sitting on all that shingle :)

I was born in Brighton and I love going there shopping but not the sea.

Morning all...that was a warm night but I slept in stops and starts. Very overcast so far today but there's a (slight) lovely fresh breeze and I've got all the windows open until the sun burns through. There wasn't a chance of cooling the house yesterday.

I sleep so well at night cos of the air con only the cat disturbs me when she wants to go out (and that probably is about 6am!) As is my want I sleep with my head at the bottom of the bed (from the old days befor air con when the air is cooler cos no furniture there) but the cat is used to sleeping there on my feet in the winter so we fight for room, and if she forgets and leaps onto my head, but we get it sorted. I think Mr N's feet were to the side and off the mattress but hey, that's his problem.
