Mr N is in a prickly mood and I want to smash him round the head with a rolling pin, but I had better refrain!
I've got aircon in the bedroom but its very noisy.

we do not condone violence neti...but the silent treatment is ok :)

My table top fan is very noisy so I couldn't possibly sleep with it on...bet they're all sold out this week :)
Is there a reason for the mood?
He does this occasionally, I usually pander but am getting fed up with it.
If I don't smack him soon he'll get depressed, he does sometimes.
well smack him nicely then give him a lovely lunch
Good morning. I really do believe that the whole of the South of England is making it's way to N.Norfolk beaches, commencing at 5.30 this morning.
Be back later. x
Have just had a huge row with him, he starts shouting and there's no talking to him. everything is my fault.
I sound like DT don't I??
Not me Lottie i am staying put!

ooo ooo Neti has a dual AB ID ha ha
Oh he came in the bedroom and invited me to lunch! Wow I done good and he's being v nice now.
good! it too hot to quarrel.
Nothings sorted.
Oh dear.
Hi again, feel somewhat grotty today. I am trying hard to work out what food suits me and what doesn't. There is no advice available except that people have to work it out themselves. Well, nothing seems to suit me at all at the moment.

Grumble, grumble - sorry :o(
Poor Lottie, it must be awful not knowing what to eat, i like my food.
Hi All I'm back and caught up with you all your posts.
Lottie I have never felt so good as I do now. That's because I've ignored all the 3 diets I was supposed to be on. Impaired glucose Tolerance, (low fat low sugar) Cholesterol and Ulcerated colitis. I've just got on and eaten and drank everything and anything I fancied in moderation. This has all been since I started with this last bout of colitis. I'll probably pay the price but who cares!!

I had a great day yesterday at an 8 aside football tournament. Organised by my friend's son's company he works for. Teams from each European country and l team from USA play every year in a different country. So brilliantly organised and cost spectators absolutely nothing. Free eats drinks icecreams (no alcohol) and even free sun protection cream. I even had a Ice cream cornet with a chocolate flake in and I haven't had one of them for over 3 years. Amazing.
And guess who's team won the final. The trophy was a replica of the World Cup.
I didn't manage to meet up with my Bro on Friday as he had a call for a job late Thursday night which he couldn't refuse (the pay is good).I'll see him again soon no doubt.
Going to watch Law and Order UK tonight so I'd better go and get sorted with my washing and everything before then.
See yer later 'gater(s)
Lottie, when my tum is in turmoil, I just about cut out all fruit veg and fibre and eat white bread and spuds and protein. Objectively its a dreadful diet but it suits me.
it sounds like a lovely day Jude. I have spent today drinking iced latte and not doing much. I did water the garden but that was it.
Neti, I hope that things are settling with you too
Oooh, Law and Order, good.

Glad your non diet is working Jude and that you feel good.

Woofy, roughage is definitely out, but green veg seem OK. I can't tolerate dairy and apparently not bread at all. But it seems to vary from day to day. I shall talk it over with the Doc. once I have had the next set of tests, but I am absolutely sure that my incisional hernia on the left hand side of my lower tum is making things worse because it now keeps popping out and is quite painful. The hernia doc (who is a very well known specialist in his field) says if I can push it back in (which I can) then it is best left well alone because an op could make things worse. But diverticular disease and hernias where the problems are isn't a very pleasant combination.

I am OK if I lie flat!!

Oh well!!
