In an ideal world everyone should be in a job they love and enjoy. My older son who is mechanic loves his job, it's all he has ever wanted to do. I often joke that he would do it for free but not sure that's a joke. Even when I was a primary teacher I adored what I did and felt like the days would fly by, and I enjoyed seeing the children progress. You need to find something that makes you happy and keen to do a great job, something you can give 100% energy to and so employers can see how hard you are working and that you picking up skills, processes routines and working under own initiative without constantly asking what you should do next. Your still young enough to take a course in something that interests you.
What was hard about the dental receptionist job, answering the phone or booking the appointment?
# You're
I think you need to have a proper session with a careers adviser to find out what you are suited to: you seem to leave jobs every couple of weeks. If you continue like this you are at risk of making yourself unemployable.

There's more work to it then that
Such as?

Lots of workload
If you like the warehouse job, you'll maybe just need to get another one (as you seem to be failing the probation in the current one) and work on the points your supervisor mentioned. Employers like happy employees, but they also need people who ... meet all the requirements of the job.
Warehouse work is not a 9-5 Monday to Friday job, it can be shift work over 24 hours 7 days a week.
Seems to me you won't ever be happy in a job if you expect everything to revolve around you. Have you thought about working in New Look?
Sorry Abbeyleigh, work is hard, its often boring but grown ups do it because they have to live. You are old enough to know this and it sounds like You don't put enough into the work you do to make an employer want to keep you on or offer further opportunities. I said on another of your posts taking time to get some professional qualifications, even low-level one to start with might give you a chance of finding something you can stick at.

Yeah they would move me to a different department bit none of them would be for me. I want to try maybe a packer being a stocky might not be the right one.
Question Author
Stock manager said I can do better than the company.
Abbey, do you see yourself as a packer 10 years from now?
Question Author
It's hard to tell until I try.
Abbey, I don't want to be unkind but you really must learn to read between the lines.
Employers, managers must be very careful about how they say things to avoid being accused of bullying, harassment, causing stress, distress, upset so they sugarcoat their words to persuade the employee to make the decision they want you to.
Telling you that you can do better elsewhere is telling you to look for another job
Question Author
Should a manager be saying that to an employee tho? He's still on probation after having it extended
