What Do I Do If I Get This Job?

I got an interview tomorrow in a new shop opening which is meant to be on 9th. I need to give 2 weeks notice to selco so what do I say?

I haven't wrote it yet not ready to tell everyone. One girl was going to leave and got offered a pay rise.

Do you think that your impact on the company is significant enough that they will barter to keep you.

It doesn't matter what someone else is doing.  You only have 10 hours there - and now you have a full time job.  If you save your money you'll soon have enough for your planned holiday.

No I doubt they will offer me that. I shouldn't have paid that deposit but there we are.

Abbey, you've just said 'you're not ready to tell everyone', but you'd already told us, after a works night out, that most people in Selco knew you were planning to leave. I think people won't be surprised and some will be happy that you're getting full-time work.

It's good that you're changing jobs though.  Ten hours is not enough.  Anyone can understand that.  Don't he nervous.  You've done absolutely the right thing.  It's your life anyway - not theirs.

That's good,  try to get something from them confirming your hours and pay. You said this was a new shop opening so if you show the right attitude and work hard you could really make a mark there, good luck
