It also includes Putin. I know it pleases you because you can't stand the Israelis but it seems a bit of a kangaroo court "The ICC has no police force of its own to track down and arrest suspects. PP - The names of the perpetrators are, apparently, well-known although, for reasons that escape most right-minded people, they have never seen the inside of a courtroom (for these offences, at any rate).
As we are now post-1997 Peace Agreement, wouldn't it be equitable for the Irish Republican Army to offer up their volunteers for prosecution of committing war-crimes as they demand of the British Army and its' soldiers?
